Hot Fudge

Easy and Delicious!  Great for ice cream sundaes!

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of butter (2 sticks)
4 cups xxx sugar
2 2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a saucepan combine butter and chocolate chips over low heat. 

After its melted gradually add in sugar and milk.  Increase to a boil and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm.
